Bairaha Devilled Chicken Wings

Enjoy your conveniently marinated Bairaha Chicken during mealtimes and make moments more joyful for your whole family!

  • 1 Bairaha Marinade Chicken Wings Pack
  • Onion slices
  • Capsicum slices
  • Tomato wedges
  • Garlic cloves (with skin)
  • Ginger (finely chopped)
  • Red dry chillies (roughly chopped)
  • Soy sauce
  • Chilli powder
  • Sugar
  • Oil or butter
  • Spring onions
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Defrost the Bairaha Marinade Chicken Wings Pack
  • Cut the wings into two, if needed
  • Heat some oil in a pan
  • Add in the garlic to fry
  • Next, add the ginger and Chicken Wings
  • Sauté for a minute or two
  • Then add in all other ingredients (apart from the tomato wedges and spring onions)
  • Continue to fry until meat sweats, but make sure to not overcook
  • Finally, add in the tomato wedges and the spring onions, continuing to stir and mix well
  • Remove from pan and into a dish. Serve warm, with tomato sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
