    • Bairaha Whole Chicken for Roasting
    • Bairaha Cheese and Onion Sausages 100g
    • Onions 40g
    • Fresh Tomatoes 30g
    • Coriander & Curry Leaves
    • Chili Powder 02 Tbs
    • Chopped Garlic
    • Cardamom 06
    • Black Pepper 02 Tbs
    • Coriander Powder 02 Tbs
    • Tomato Paste 10g
    • Lemon 01 Nos
    • Parata 02 Nos

  • Preparation & Cooking 

    Step 01

    Season the whole chicken with chili powder, pepper & salt and then put into the oven & roast it until it is done.

    Step 02

    Cool it for a while. Remove the bones from the meat.

    Step 03

    Slice the onions, chopped garlic, curry leaves, cardamom and chicken into the sauté pan, stir with chili powder, black pepper and lemon juice.

    Step 04

    Seal the parata separately.

    Step 05

    Serve the parata on a plate.
