Ingredients
Step 01
Season the whole chicken with chili powder, pepper & salt and then put into the oven & roast it until it is done.
Step 02
Cool it for a while. Remove the bones from the meat.
Step 03
Slice the onions, chopped garlic, curry leaves, cardamom and chicken into the sauté pan, stir with chili powder, black pepper and lemon juice.
Step 04
Seal the parata separately.
Step 05
Serve the parata on a plate.
