Bairaha marks Children’s Day 2024 with “Paata Siththam” Art Competition

Bairaha Farms PLC celebrated Children’s Day 2024 by organizing “Paata Siththam” art competition on 05th October 2024 at the Regional Office, Pasyala. The main objective of the event was to recognize and nurture artistic talents of the kids of employees. Contestants submitted their entries under following categories: Nursery – Grade 04, Grade 05 – Grade 09, Grade 10 – GCE A/L and only the shortlisted contestants were invited for the final round. Certificates and gifts were distributed among first three winners of each category.

The event promoted fun and engaging environment for kids to enhance their confidence in expressing themselves and nurturing their creativity. Kids gained valuable opportunity to display their imagination under different themes. This event also intended to foster a sense of community and belongingness among company employees in an effort to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction. Both parents and kids enjoyed fun-loving and collaborative environment throughout the time, positioning Bairaha Farms PLC as a family-oriented and supportive workplace.
