    • Bairaha Chicken Leg 120g
    • Bairaha Chicken Parts 40g
    • Potatoes 50g
    • Carrot 40g
    • Leeks 30g
    • Black Pepper 05g
    • Curry Leaves
    • Steamed Rice (Basmathi) 80g
    • Corn Flour (If needed)
    • Seasoning Powder
  • Preparation & Cooking 

    Step 01

    Wash/Clean Bairaha Chicken Legs & Bairaha Chicken Parts.

    Step 02

    Boil at least 600 ml of water.

    Step 03

    Add the Bairaha Chicken Legs & Chicken parts to the boiling water and leave it for 05 minutes.

    Step 04

    Boil for about 15 minutes until it is done.

    Step 05

    If needed, add some Corn Flour for thickness.

    Step 06

    Season it with salt and seasoning powder.
