    • Bairaha Chicken Legs 120g
    • Bairaha Chicken Breast 60g
    • Bread Crumb 10g
    • French Fries 30g

    Batter for Tempura

    • Tempura Flour 40g
    • Mayonnaise 20g
    • Chili Flakes
    • Lemon 01 Nos
    • Egg 01 Nos

    Step 01

    Take the bones off the Chicken Legs and flatten it.

    Step 02

    Cut Bairaha Chicken Breast into strips. Dip it in with tempura batter and deep fry the chicken breast 5 to 6 minutes until it’s done.

    Step 03

    Add Mayonnaise with a little lemon juice and chili flakes.


    Step 04

    Place the chicken tempura and fried chicken legs on a plate.

    Step 05

    Keep the spicy mayonnaise on a side and garnish.
